Our commitment to you is to conduct an accurate assessment of your environment as it relates to mold and your indoor air quality. Having a desire to provide our clients a safer, healthier environment, we chose the NORMI Certified Mold Inspector program for our training. We understand mold and where to look to find it. The NORMI Certified Mold Inspector program techniques are used as the standard for developing an accurate evaluation of the indoor air quality of your environment. We understand how to differentiate between “Sanitization” and “Remediation” so that you, the consumer, can be correctly directed toward the proper solution to your mold and indoor air quality issues.

We begin by asking some exploratory questions concerning the occupants’ health, areas of suspected problems and any possible moisture issues (water intrusions, for example). We then check your suspected areas, as well as conduct a thorough walk thru evaluation of potential problem areas. We then provide specific recommendations in regards to the mold testing stage and review the costs of testing. The mold samples are taken, secured, and sent to an independent laboratory for analysis. When we receive the results we will review them and forward them to you along with a detailed inspection report summary. The report will also include our recommendations on how to proceed toward a solution. At this time we will be glad to answer any of your questions or address any of your concerns. We offer prompt dependable service for all of your mold and indoor air quality needs. We look forward to serving you and are confident you will be pleased you chose us. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your consideration.
